Power Punch assures you that all sold products are original, in excellent condition, and have a minimum validity of one month for all items.

If any of these conditions are not met in your order, we will be happy to refund, return, or exchange the items upon request.

Otherwise, we apologize that returns or exchanges are not possible for any sold product.
This is in accordance with Circular No. 2 of 2012 issued by the Drug Inspection Department of the Ministry of Health, which prohibits the return or exchange of any food, herbal, or pharmaceutical product.

We can, however, modify or cancel your order as long as it is still in our warehouse and has not yet been shipped.
